을/ㄹ까 하다 = Intention/Plan

This Korean grammar point is used to show an intention or plan of the speaker. 을/ㄹ까 하다 also shows that the speakers intention or plan is still under consideration and can change.

 

Example of 을/ㄹ까 하다 grammar:

  • 일번어를 배울까 하는데 어느 학원이 좋아해요? = I am thinking of learning Japanese. Do you know of any good institutions?
  • 다음 주에는 친구랑 어떤 행사로 가기를 할까 합니다. = I am thinking of going to an event with my friends next week.
  • 커피를 맛을까 생각중이에요. = I am busy thinking of whether i should have coffee or not.
